Affiliates
-
An Affiliate is a specialized organization that partners with the USMF to plan and execute a panel on a specific topic related to the NCF. The Affiliate is responsible for leading the design and organization of the panel in terms of content and logistics for their arrival in Mexico City.
-
The Affiliate is responsible for organizing the NCF panel, making sure their panelists and moderators attend the event, collaborating with experts on different topics related to the trilateral relationship.
-
In cases where a speaker cannot cover their expenses to attend the NCF, the Affiliate is responsible for covering them; this includes air fare, hotel accommodations and food outside of the event. Speakers and moderators do not need to purchase NCF tickets.
-
The NCF holds the responsibility of conceptualizing the entire forum, making the necessary arrangements for the venue, and managing the coordination with the attendees. In addition to this, the NCF will provide the essential technological and logistical support required for the seamless presentation of the panel.
The NCF will make suggestions for speakers and moderators to the affiliates in order to comply with gender equity and representation of the three countries.
