North America can strengthen its supply chains to be less vulnerable to geopolitical or natural issues threatening the three economies. 

The region needs certainty and full compliance to take advantage of the USMCA and ensure we can work together as North America, especially in pharmaceuticals and semiconductors. As North America, we have to start thinking about development and opportunities and know our vulnerabilities; the first step is to set the supply chain of semiconductors as essential. Supply chains must be resilient, not only for demand surges but also to disruptions. Even though China has domination in terms of process, and it's more expensive in North America to become competitive in the sector, it's a tradeoff in the long term.
